Welcome to my website that contains examples of my paintings that are either available to you in

the form of a pattern packet, in a book, or personally taught in the classroom or studio ~ your

location or mine.

What is a pattern packet?  Packets contain a full-sized drawing of a project along with step-by-step

instructions on mixing and painting.  A packet contains one or more full-color photographs of the

finished piece for you to refer to as you paint.  All packets are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced without consent of the artist.  Designs may be used for instructional purposes.

History:  Sharon earned her Certified Decorative Artist designations from the Society of Decorative

Painters in 1990.  She successfully completed her Master level in Floral, Still Life and Strokework categories to earn her MDA in 2001.  She is published in PaintWorks, CraftWorks, The Decorative

Painter, Nihon Vogue Paint Craft and JDPA's Decorative Painting.  She has the honor of having her

work selected for exhibition at the Nihon Vogue Decorative Painting Gallery of the World in Tokyo,

Japan.

In addition, Sharon has authored eight books on decorative painting.   Her most recent releases are Acrylic Elegance Vol. 5, published by Gretchen Cagle Publications and Lush and Lively Flowers You Can Paint  and Painters Quick Reference:  Flowers  & Blooms both published by North Light.

Her newest designs (click on the link) are currently available as pattern packets.

Sharon has taught continuously at the Society of Decorative Painters National Conferences since

1990 and has taught at NET, HOOT, and MAD mini-conventions.  She currently teaches weekly

classes in her local area and travel teaches.  For schedule availability contact Sharon via e-mail
